Whatever leak proof plan we make for our future, the uncertainty of the future will have its effect on it.

Answer one of my questions – ‘For whom we want to achieve success? Just for yourself or your family too?’ If you answer that you want to achieve success for you and your family as well, then I have another question from you – ‘Is it certain that in the future, how many years will you live?’ If not then what is the basis for the security of you and your family’s success in the future?

I have known Yugant Sinha’s family for many years. Yugant made his business gradually. Earlier he was serving in some private establishment, but his ambition to become self-reliant in the future inspired him to his own business, and he left his job and started his business. In his family, his wife had two sons and a daughter, and at that time all the children were getting their initial schooling. Yugant, like you, was a man full of energy and hard-working, and for the future, he had many dreams that he wanted to get realized from his business, and he wanted to provide his children all the higher education to their interests and talents. He wanted to establish them as great citizens of the country. Yugant’s business was developing well, and he was more optimistic about his new business than his old job.

I had seen that his children got out of their old lower classes and started getting the education in the best schools in the city. Yugant, who lived in a small part of the two rooms of the old house of his ancestors, had purchased a small, beautiful house with financial help from the bank and also bought a new four-wheeled shining vehicle. Altogether, Yugant and his family left their previous low level of living and were now living a wonderful lifestyle.

His future seemed to be far superior to that time until his family had become a victim of an accident. Yugant died suddenly in a road accident, and the magnificent empire developed by Yugant turned in to a pile of cards. Banks sold both the house and the car due to non-payment of the loan, and their family reached the old house. His business was completely ruined, and he left a lot of debt behind him.

Children’s education was gapped, and Yugant’s wife and her younger children were bound to work here and there. Now the future was standing like a monster in front of them to swallow them. And after all these misfortunes, the biggest misfortune began when Yugant’s siblings sued them for expelling his family from the house of the ancestors and grab his share in the family property and all of them were absolutely convinced of their victory because they estimated that in the absence of funds and proper support, the family of Yugant could not defend it in the suit properly and will lose the litigation. Not only this, but they also made a construction contract to build a multi-unit multi-storied building with a well-known builder in the city by demolishing the old structure.

In such adverse circumstances, the family of Yugant reached the office of my legal firm with the hope of support. His wife had told me the story of their misfortune and sought help and also told that they had nothing to fight for that suit or to pay my legal fees. I assured her that I used to like Yugant myself and would be happy to help his family and there is no need to pay me any fee.

They were grateful, and their eyes were blowing tears. A big secret of life had opened on them that when the main thread of your relationship breaks, the weak threads associated with other relationships break down automatically and you are often destroyed if you are not financially strong at the time.
