RANCHI: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav was on Wednesday convicted by a CBI court in Ranchi in the third fodder scam case. Lalu Yadav has been sentenced to five years in jail today in the third fodder scam case. Special CBI court judge S S Prasad delivered the judgment in the case, which pertains to fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 33.67 crore from Chaibasa treasury in 1992-1993.
