Third Type of Information:
LUCKNOW: These are the information about you that you do not know but people know. Have you ever seen yourself behind – how do you feel? We cannot see ourselves behind us because God has put our eyes on the front part of our body. If we have to look back, then we have to take the support of the eyes of our friends. No creation of God can ever be meaningless.
By putting eyes in the front part of our body, the God has indicated that the world is ahead and behind us, both and this world is not just as much as we can see. We can see only 120 degrees in our front with our two eyes out of 360 degrees and for the rest of the world; we have to take all of the support of other. Please note, your own body declares that we are only small parts of this world machine and every part is important for running this world. In the society around you – you cannot be complete in your perimeter and when you go ahead, you always find the support of the society behind you.
Some aspects of every person’s personality are always such that in spite of one’s own being, he does not know them. So sometimes it is also good to see ourselves from the eyes of others.
To know the information that we do not know ourselves but people know, we should seek the help of our family members, friends and colleagues who are our good wishers. Ask them to make a list of your qualities and abilities and good and bad habits neutrally. If such a list can be prepared by them at different times and places, then it is even better because their level of purity increases and the likelihood of it decrease. The list prepared by them is your syllabus that can determine the direction of your improvement in the future.
Many employees work in my office, and everyone is near to my heart. I would like to tell you that there is no relationship between Employee and Employee in our midst anytime, and we always get together with our work as members of a family and accepting all our work in our office as a collective challenge and fulfill our responsibilities with full sincerity and integrity. I want to share a secret with you also – we have never worked for money. Our clear perception is that if an artist determines its value even before his creation, he cannot do justice with his art, and his level of art can reach only up to the level of his predetermined value. The level of excellence for your creation should always be your highest satisfaction with it.
We have developed a special method in our office while working on the third information and all of us have got a lot of benefits. I have recorded the birthday of all the colleagues working with me in my diary and on the occasion of the birthday of each associate, we all celebrate our partner’s birthday, and in the evening, we arrange cake and snacks on this occasion.
We never call any other person as a guest on this occasion, but whoever external person is present in our office at that time, we believe that God has sent him as his representative on our special occasion, and we make him our guest. In the middle of cake cutting and refreshment, we keep a special program and all our other associates, one by one, place a positive point (quality) and a negative point (subtler) about the concerned associate. Earlier, we used to talk only two positive things about that person, but since I modify the format and include one positive (virtue) and one negative (subtler) thing related to that person, the third type of information becomes available to the person about himself.
He also knows his properties about which he may or may not be familiar, but about ninety-nine times out of hundred, he does not has the awareness of his negative information i.e. third type of information and thus, he gets an opportunity to improve himself and he becomes determined to get completely emancipation from those demerits by his next anniversary. With the use of this method, where the weaknesses and negatives pointed out in that person, ends, and the qualities develop beyond imagination also.
Here, two main things are to note – first, whenever we have to talk about the negative or negativity of someone, we should always talk about his qualities and positivity first, because indicating one’s negativity only can be fatal for the self image of that person and he may consider we dishonest for him, but when we talk about his or her qualities or positivity first, the person comes near us and accepts his negativities as a friend only and is determined to end it. And secondly, when talking such things, there should be a time limit in front of that person also. In the above example, his next anniversary, i.e., one year time limit is given him for improvement. Tell me- who would be such a person who would like to hear about his old negatives even on his next anniversary also?
Your intimate friends and relatives sometimes overlook your weaknesses and even forgive you, but those weaknesses in you are always harmful to you because the whole world is not your close friends and relatives and you will not spend your whole life with them only.
My dear friend, Amaresh Kumar Singh Ji once said a very beautiful thing that person is like a magnet and a magnet works with its full power only when it works together on one positive and one negative objects. If both objects are positive or both objects are negatives; then no magnet can function. Amaresh ji is absolutely right – this is the scientific law, but life does not always run with scientific rules, and sometimes we have to live life according to the method of “assuming” as in the field of mathematics. We assume that we will survive tomorrow too, we assume that the evening will come after the morning and in the same way, we must accept that whatever we want to refrain or whatever we improve ourselves, but we are the human being and some mistakes will be committed by us, and at least the negativity of the lowest level is going to be left in us by default. We can never end hundred percent negativity or demerits. Our aim should be to enter new subjects in the list of positives and to reach their highest potential level and to eliminate maximum demerits from the list of negativity and the intensity of residual subjects to be taken to the maximum possible minimum level.
Believe me, friend, being a human has its own unique happiness, and this is the reason that God also repeatedly descends on this earth in the form of a human being. I am proud to be a human being, and you should be proud of your humanity and in spite of the least negativity, you must be fascinated like me on your self-image.
