Tree Plantation drive in Mumbai by Atharva Foundation

Mumbai : Under the leadership of Varsha Rane, Vice President Atharva Foundation, a tree plantation drive was held on 21st August in Dharivali village, Malad West. A group of volunteer members of Atharva Foundation along with Varsha Rane took a pledge in this function with enthusiasm. that “we should remain firmly attached to the soil in which we were born and our strong relationship with Mother Earth should be established.

Atharva Foundation has always worked for the primary education for girls from remote rural areas, all kinds of assistance to the families of martyr soldiers, women empowerment, cycle distribution to school children, health and promotion of young players is done continuously. The foundation’s objective is to educate people and train women, children and youth to be self-dependent and self-reliant. Under the leadership of Borivali MLA Mr. Sunil Rane, Atharva foundation has initiated many social causes. Under his guidance, Atharva has set new benchmarks in the education sector of Mumbai in a short span of time.

On this occasion, Mrs. Varsha Rane said that “Plantation is the biggest need of today’s time. This tough time has taught us the importance of oxygen.
